In accordance with the DIN standard the structures may come with a structural width of 68 mm made of spruce, Borovi or red pine and mahagony, Meranti or oak wood varieties. We use a 3-layer glued profile in all cases with or without extra length lamellas, which keep their size and are not prone to deformation. Proper air tightness is ensured by a special sealer profile running around the wing in two circles. A rimmed Gutmann water drainage bar, which comes in the colour of choice, constructed of aluminium and equipped with a plastic end plug ensures water runoff. The structures are available in straight, curved or angled varieties. The proper multipoint closure is guaranteed by a Siegenia basic safety fitting in all cases, where anti-fault protection and a single bar frame hinge assist easier operation. In case of hopper style windows a 4th function is added for the window with the installation of gap ventilation, which makes ventilation possible in the closed position. The structures are always treated with fungi and insect killers during surface finishing. Cover paint (in RAL colours), glazed surface finish or wax is available for the final finish in the colours selected by the customer. The surface finish type may be combined with double colour finishes on both the interior and exterior sides. For trademark protection purposes the manufacturer produces the product only with permanent surface finish. The basic glazing has a value of A0 (MABISZ certified safety) - 14 (argon) - 4 LOW-E k = 1.1 W/m2K, which can be modified as required.
 
 
The enhanced heat insulated structures have a heat transfer factor of k= 0,7W/m2K (Kunság Lux) in the installed structure. Significant heating energy can be saved with the use of these doors and windows. The glazing laminated with a heat protection layer eliminates the feeling of coldness in the interior area, thereby greatly improving the room’s comfort.

The main feature of the window structures is that the 73 mm thick wing is fitted to the 68 mm thick standard frame with two flexible air chamber sealer profiles. The characteristics of the soundproof glazing are that the glass components of the double layer glass structure have a different thickness (resin-glued multilayer glazing) and that the air gap is filled with SF6 gas. The sound insulation level can even reach 51 dB.
 
The two determining elements of enhanced safety structures are the glazing and the fittings. The glazing may be impact resistant (A1, A2, A3), break proof (B1, B2, B3) or bullet proof (C1, C2, C3) in accordance with customer needs and insurance company requirements. Class C window structures require custom design. The safety fittings, which prevent external entry with hinge enforcements, mushroom head end pins, lockable safety handles, anti-removal fittings and anti-drill security fittings, may also be grouped into several classes.

Alu-Wood structures provide adequate protection against strong environmental effects. Their long lifespan is guaranteed by the aluminium cover fitted onto the wooden structure, which is available in RAL colours. The design of the external cover is aesthetic and totally waterproof.
 
KF Historic 2000 is a Construma grand prize winner, which combines today’s technological needs with the external appearance of the doors and windows from the turn of the 19th century. Its junction design is different from that of the standard windows and follows the style of combined structures. It can be installed in both new and renovated buildings.

The Kunság Lux door and window structures are the result of our newest developments. These 3-layer structures have excellent sound and heat insulation values and satisfy all the current requirements. With its appearance it will be influential in the next decade.
 
 
 

In addition to the standard sash-hopper, elevating-sash, elevating-sash-hopper and folding door products our company is proud to present its own development on the market. The first and only company to find such a solution for the corner slide elevating-sash, we designed the corner point in such a way that it does not contain any wooden partition in the open position. In addition to being practical this product also meets all quality requirements. Other outstanding products are the „English” style hung door and the extremely wide (9 m) accordion door and sliding wall (14 m).

 
 
 

We produce and install winter gardens of any design or layout based on the static plans submitted to us. We use polycarbonate or glass as a cover based on the requirements, and on request we undertake the installation of the suitable ventillation from the Siegenia product range.

 
 
 

We install the wooden cover onto the prefabricated metal structure as planned by the designer. The movement of the gates can be arranged, as needed.

 
 
 

The external wooden blinds and shutters (fixed or movable lamella type) can be manufactured in any style. In addition to manual movement the wings can also have a rotational or motor drive operation (with light or wind sensors). They are equipped with automatic wing securement in all cases.

 
 
 

The high quality Kunság Wood interior doors and windows are manufactured with a unique appearance and size design. The reveal may be fitted subsequently, which can be also applied during thicker wall designs (deep inserts). The two wing designs (with or without rabbet) provide a wide range of varieties. The door panels are available with surface finish (cut and insert styles) in MDF styles or with a glazed finish (insert styles) with colour vaneer and also dense wood. The glazing can be float, cathedral or leaded glass according to the specific needs. Air sealing is ensured by the weather-strip profile running in the reveal. The fittings can be ordered based on the door’s function in numerous colours and styles. Geze fittings guarantee the operation of interior sliding doors.
